Meet Jodie Sallie
Owner / Director of Property Reports Perth
My name is Jodie Sallie and I am the Owner and Director of Property Reports Perth. I have dedicated my entire working career in the Real Estate Industry. For the first 13 years of my career I was a Property Manager for Real Estate companies in Perth’s southern and northern suburbs. After having my children I decided to go out on my own and I started up my own business 18 years ago carrying out Property Condition Reports, Final Bond Inspections and Routine inspections for Real Estate Agencies and Private Landlords in the Northern suburbs.
I have built strong relationships with many agencies and have a reputation for my outstanding service to clients with my attention to detail being second to none. I have many long standing clients that have continued to utilise my services as every report I complete is comprehensive and well organised.
Over the years I have maintained a steadfast belief that there are no shortcuts when it comes to producing thorough and detailed Property Condition Reports. I adhere to this principle because I refuse to compromise on the quality of my work, which requires an abundance of information and extensive attention to detail in each and every report. This is why I do not rely on any apps or tools to assist me in completing the reports. I have found that relying solely on my expertise, experience, and dedication allows me to consistently meet my own high standards and deliver exceptional results for my clients. By putting in the time and effort necessary to produce comprehensive and accurate PCRs, I am able to provide a valuable and trustworthy service to those I work with.
I strive to give my clients personal and professional service at all times. Deciding not to employ multiple contractors to get the work done has meant that there is no room for individual error or standards to come into play, as you will only deal with myself when it comes to completing the PCRs, Routine Inspections and Final Bond Inspections.
