I first met Jodie back in 2007 when I was a property manager with Peard Mindarie. She conducted all the Property Condition Reports for the office. I always found her to be most reliable, accurate, efficient and also amiable and easy to deal with.
Jodie had the photos to your inbox within a day and the report within 24 hours which is well timed so that you can give a copy to your tenant on the move in date.
You could always rely on her to do urgent jobs at a moment’s notice as she would move around her appointments.
Hence when I left Peard to go to another office I always used her services. And eventually when I set up my own Property Management office nearly 3 years ago I didn’t even entertain using anyone else for my property reports.
When my business grew I discussed with Jodie having her do all my routine inspections, which she started to do nearly 2 years ago. And again she has proven to be very reliable, accurate and punctual. She always notes any issues that require attention and reports back on the condition of the property in general.

Jodie was integral in the initial completion of PCRs on the majority of our property management portfolio which has been organically grown from 0-250 properties over a 5 year period. Jodie was our main supplier and still is over that period and up to today.
